When you contact us, please provide your order number and the reason for the return (e.g. the product was damaged in transit). Your Legal Rights When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. Our Policy In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please arrange to return the unused goods to us with your original receipt within 14 days, and we will offer you a refund. Any return request must be made within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. The item(s) to be returned must be collected within 28 calendar days of the original delivery date. The customer must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received in. The item must still be in its original packaging. How to Get a Refund From J & S Vicary Schedule pickup at your front door. You don’t have to worry about boxes, shipping labels and scanning barcodes. Our customer service representative will arrange pickup at your front door, via one of our national delivery partners. Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you immediately. If your return is approved, J & S Vicary will issue an immediate refund to the same payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds may take a few days to clear. What Address Do I Send My Items To? You don't need to worry about arranging to send your items back to us. Upon receipt of your return request our customer service team will arrange a collection from your doorstep via a courier on an agreed date.
